2. What is included in this security and privacy statement?
This Statement applies to our website druga-perspektiva.hr and other services we provide (hereinafter referred to as “Services“).
The security and privacy statement applies to the personal and general information we collect from you while you use the Services.
We respect your right to privacy and only process personal data in accordance with the relevant privacy provisions in and outside the European Union.
The company Druga perspektiva works with trusted partners such as Google LLC for analytics tools (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).
For personal data covered this security and privacy statement used by the website, Druga perspektiva is the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. The data we collect
When you rent something from our company, as part of the rental process, we collect personal information that you provide to us such as: your name, address, contact phone number, email address, company name and company OIB (if you require R1) if you rent as a guest, or if you register and create a user profile then we collect both your username and password as well. The password is stored in our database in encrypted form and is not accessible to us. Storing the above information is your responsibility so please do not share this information with others.

All of the above information is protected by your account password. If you rent as a Guest, your information will be visible to us as owners this one time, during the rental, and will not be made public anywhere.

While using our website, we may collect technical information about the devices you use to access our website, including: Internet and/or mobile connection (including IP address), mobile device brand information, your operating system, and browser type. All of this information is our user information and no personal data is disclosed.

Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our company, new products and other updates.


4. How we collect your data
We are able to collect, process and use data about you in the following situations:
1. the data you enter while using the services
2. information we receive when you contact us through our contact form or e-mail address

We do not sell your information to other services or partners, nor do we endanger your privacy or security in any way.

7. How we manage your data
The data you enter through the website is hosted on a server which is located within the European Union and to which only we as owners have access. Measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful conduct, accidental loss, destruction or damage are regularly carried out on the server.

How long do we keep your data?
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the obligations covered by this Security and privacy statement. In exceptional cases when required by law, accounting or some other legal rules/obligations, the retention period of your data may be longer than stated. If we no longer have a reason to keep your data, it will be deleted or destroyed. Your data is stored as long as you use our services. If you decide to stop using our services, certain information collected about you will remain for the purpose of fulfilling tax, legal and accounting obligations.

How can you withdraw your consent?

1. to meet our obligations in providing use of the service
2. to ensure the efficient operation of the service for the computer or other device you are accessing us from
3. to provide you with information we deem appropriate to you, such as sending you email notifications about service issues
4. to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing activities and to improve the quality of our marketing
5. for tax, legal and accounting purposes;
6. for the purpose of liability defined by EU legislation (GDPR).

9. Data sharing
We do not share your data with third parties. There are exceptions, in the case of our Partners, when we share the most basic information needed to help us meet our obligations to you.
Partners may therefore have potential or real access to limited information about you and process it on our behalf

  •  suppliers of analytical/statistical tools (Google);
    Your data may be processed, stored and transferred outside the country of residence or the European Union, to the United States of America. In the event of reorganization or transfer of ownership of the service, we have the right to transfer your personal data to the third party involved, which will protect it to at least the same extent as we do in this Security and Privacy Statement.

We reserve the right to amend this Security and Privacy Statement if we deem it necessary for legal reasons. In that case, we will post the changes on our website. We will also update the “Last Modified” section.

Once we change the Security and Privacy Statement, it becomes effective immediately upon publication. If you do not agree with these changes, please stop using our services.
